Straub Hawai'i celebrated their monthly nutrition theme of "Healthier Eating with Fruits & Vegetables" by organizing a Farmers' Market. We participated in the event and provided Straub and its community with nutritional information about a variety of local products. As a proud supporter of local produce, we featured a selection of tomatoes from Ho Farms, apple bananas from Sugarland Farms, and even some new products from the Hawai'i 'Ulu Producers Cooperative (HUPC). These new products included 'ulu hummus, 'ulu chocolate mousse, and pre-steamed, frozen 'ulu packages.
